I wrote a two part tutorial for active.tutsplus.com on Augmented Reality. The tutorial is essentially what I learned while making Beyond and I thought I should share it with others to learn from.
When I made Beyond, I found it quite difficult to get into AR, of course, it didn't help that I knew very little about actionscript 3, I had done some actionscript 2 before hand, but nothing advanced. After Beyond, and while writing this tutorial, I became obsessed with learning AS3, and thanks to some books and online help, I have quite a good grasp of the language now. It's amazing how teaching others makes you want to learn.
I don't often teach, not intentionally anyway. Doing this tutorial was a great way for me to learn how to express how I code and make a project.
